LAS VEGAS – Dynamic Minds Consulting, a leading professional services firm for the hospitality industry, disclosed details about their recent consulting engagement at the recently opened Rock and Rita’s Restaurant & Bar at Circus Circus Casino Hotel.

Rock and Rita’s is the Strip’s hottest new restaurant and bar with their World Famous Flair Bartenders.  Rock and Rita’s at Circus Circus is the sister property of the popular Kahunaville Restaurant and Bar at TI.  Rock & Rita’s features a great DJ nightly, as well as a host of live entertainment to keep the party going all night!  Rock & Rita’s unique food presentations are created by Chef Alfonso Contrisciani, whose elite Master Chef status is held by less than 100 other chefs in the country.

Dynamic Minds provided an array of professional services to ensure a successful opening.  Construction consultations, technolongy infrastructure direction, complete menu configuration management, end-user training and live operations support were coupled with audit reconciliations with hotel management systems.
