“Mandalay Bay Renews Agreement with Dynamic Minds for Third Consecutive Year”

LAS VEGAS – Dynamic Minds Consulting, Dynamic Minds Consulting, a leading professional services firm for the hospitality industry, has announced renewal of previous consulting engagement at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino & THEhotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dynamic Minds and Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino have now partnered together for three years to ensure Point-of-Sale (POS) configuration management, audit reviews, new openings and training for a property with more than 380 (POS) stations and nearly 5000 users continue to flourish.
Mandalay Bay and THEhotel on the famed Las Vegas Strip is home to world-renowned restaurants Aurole, Mix, Fleur De Lys, RM Seafood and Stripsteak. In addition to the amazing selection of dining restaurants, Mandalay Bay is also home for thrilling entertainment performances. The Arena at Mandalay Bay and the Mandalay Beach host many of today’s leading live performing entertainers, MMA fights and Boxing on a weekly basis. Live entertainment venues include House of Blues, Mizuya Lounge and Eye Candy Sound Lounge & Bar along with six other casino bars which are sure to satisfy everyone’s tastes.
After a successful enterprise point-of-sale migration project managed by Dynamic Minds, the executive team at Mandalay Bay sought a partner who could help more effectively manage the mission critical point-of-sale (POS) application for the entire resort’s food & beverage operations. Mandalay Bay required a partner with vast knowledge of daily operations and requirements in a casino coupled with skilled technical competence.
Dynamic Minds Consulting was selected for a third consecutive year to manage the daily application requirements of the (POS) solution used at nearly 60 revenue centers and operating on approximately 380 hardware devices throughout the resort.
